Pool Cleaning FAQ
Have questions about our pool services? We’ve answered some of the most common questions to help you better understand how our service works, what’s included, and what to expect. If you don’t see your question below, feel free to reach out—we’re always happy to help and provide the information you need.
How often do you service pools?
Most of our customers are on a weekly service schedule, which provides the best results and helps prevent problems before they start. Less frequent service is available, but it typically requires more time and cost per visit.
Do you vacuum and clean the pool every visit?
Yes. Every visit includes vacuuming, brushing, and netting—even if your pool already looks clean. Consistent maintenance is what keeps your pool clear and in top condition.
Do you provide the chemicals?
Yes. We bring and add all necessary chemicals during each visit to keep your pool properly balanced, safe, and ready to use.
My pool is green—can you fix it?
Yes. We specialize in green pool cleanup and algae treatment. We’ll assess your pool and restore it to a clean, swim-ready condition as quickly as possible.
Do I need to be home during service?
No. As long as we have access to your pool area, you do not need to be home during your scheduled service.
How does pricing work?
Pricing is based on your pool size, condition, equipment, and service frequency. We provide a clear quote after your walkthrough so you know exactly what to expect.
Do you offer one-time cleanings?
Yes. We offer one-time cleanings for events, seasonal needs, or when your pool needs a reset without ongoing service.
What if my equipment needs repair?
We visually inspect your equipment during each visit. If we notice an issue, we’ll let you know and recommend the best solution before any work is done.
Do you service areas outside your normal routes?
In some cases, yes. While we focus on our core service areas, we may accommodate properties outside our standard routes for commercial accounts or special requests.
